it’s so easy to burn 100 calories!
So, upon joining Weight Watchers, my first goal was to lose 5% of my body weight, which was 11 pounds. I’m proud to say that I achieved it Saturday at my weigh in!! That was just the motivation I needed to keep going!!

- Sure! I plan on doing that in the next couple of weeks. I'm getting together the workouts I do on a daily basis, things I'm doing to lose weight, and I'm starting a twitter, and youtube channel. Keep checking back!!
